Membership:
- Full Membership - As a full member, you will receive print newsletters, an information packet including networking information, email updates, and you can submit your story or photos for publication in our newsletter and on our website. You will receive a password to log in to the secure Members Services area to keep your profile current, select an option to receive emails from other patients as well as an option to be listed on this web site under Patients to Contact. You will be able to send group emails to other members and will have access to any new features added to the Member Services area in the future. A $30 donation is suggested, but hardship is accepted.
